Your data is yours. We mean it literally.
The promises below aren't a policy page we hope you never read — they're built into the products.
No lock-in
Every Edelware product exports all of your organisation's data in one click — a CSV for each record type and a single JSON bundle — and imports it back so it round-trips exactly. Leaving is a supported feature, not an obstacle. If we ever shut a product down, your export means you lose nothing.
Privacy by default
- We collect the minimum needed to run the product — your people, your assets or leave, and who did what.
- We decline non-essential tracking by default. No advertising trackers.
- We do not sell your data, ever, to anyone.
Security posture
- Tenant isolation. Every organisation's data is separated at the data layer; one tenant can never read another's.
- Least privilege. The application runs with the narrowest data access it needs, as a second net behind tenant scoping.
- Encrypted in transit. All traffic is over HTTPS.
- Gated surfaces. Admin access is token-protected; QR scan links are signed so a label only ever exposes its own item.
A Swiss company
Edelware is built and run in Switzerland. Our infrastructure is designed for a Swiss (Zurich) region so that Swiss-hosting is a switch we can flip.
